Our app is intended solely for a closed group of pre-approved users (typically 100–200 people) who can log in using their email addresses, which are already registered in our backend system. There is no public registration or account creation.

• Email Address: The email address is sent to our secure backend server to verify access against a preloaded list of approved users. No account, password, or user profile is created or stored beyond this verification process.
• Usage Data: Basic data such as time of access and app usage may be logged for technical performance monitoring only.

• Verifying access to the app
• Allowing you to proceed if you are a pre-approved user

We do not collect or use any sensitive personal data, and we do not use your information for marketing or analytics purposes.
